We will then measure and photograph the space, this enables us to provide you with accurate & industry accepted drawings. Depending on the project, we will create detailed plans/drawings for furniture & layout, finishes, elevations & all drawings for cabinetry. At Sonya Kinkade Design we offer a FULL DESIGN SERVICE, and your degree of involvement is up to you. All drawings & finishes are approved by you. We provide both the design of the project & all contracting of trades to ensure the construction process runs as smooth as possible.
To ensure the design process is a success, careful construction management is essential. We will make sure the technical drawings and material specifications are carried out as intended. We will manage the project during the building process, and will monitor it on-site while the various trades complete their work. By having a designer manage the daunting process of a renovation and construction it will make the transition a much easier experience. We will ensure all work is done properly, by managing the construction and installation process. We are always there to help you with all your questions and work closely with the contractor to make sure that your project is on time & on budget.
