The design consultation is a time to listen to whatever challenges you have with the existing space, learn more about your vision for the area, how you'd like to use it, what your lifestyle is and how you'd like to feel in the space. We ask questions about what is working for you and what is not. We then focus on the areas that you want to address for the scope of work.
What happens at the Initial design consultation? ?

Flat Fee involves a set amount of design meeting hours with a limitation on requested design revisions. The actual hours required to establish a complete design concept would be all-inclusive in the package fee.
Percentage Fee: We charge a percentage rate for the total cost of a project.
